Announcement: Mark Grenon and Sons Found Guilty

As of July 19, 2023, Mark Grenon and his three sons were all found guilty of defrauding the United States, including the delivery of misbranded drugs. Joseph Grenon, one of Mark Grenon’s three sons, stated they would appeal the verdict given in court. In addition to the primary conviction, Mark Grenon’s other two sons, Jonathan and Jordan Grenon, were given a conviction of violating court orders. The following court orders date back to 2020 and required the Grenons to stop selling their chlorine dioxide products, also known as Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS). Mark and Jordan Grenon were given these charges but were later dropped as part of an agreement with the Colombian government for extradition.

Based on the current convictions, Mark and Joseph Grenon could face a maximum of five years. However, Jonathan and Jordan Grenon could face anywhere between five years in prison or possibly a life sentence due to the severity of the charges. The sentencing trial starts on October 6 of this year.
